IGMP Plus intelligent
Le multicast IGMP Plus permet de créer des installations Pro AV évolutives au niveau 2 sans la complexité PIM. IGMP Plus est configuré par défaut sur le VLAN 1 prêt à l'emploi et peut être configuré sur un autre VLAN pour l'IGMP automatique entre les switches de ce VLAN.
Management standard
Interface de ligne de commande (CLI) standard, SSH, SNMP, sFlow, MLAG. Port Gigabit Ethernet hors bande pour l'administration et macro-commandes simplifiées pour la configuration AV sur IP.Le transfert de la commutation matricielle vers le réseau Ethernet apparaît aujourd'hui inévitable et le SDVoE offre déjà des capacités bien supérieures à celles d'un switch matriciel traditionnel. Historiquement, la conception de systèmes AV sur IP offrant jusqu'à 96 E/S à l'aide d'un switch unique utilisant l'IGMP multicast de niveau 2 était relativement simple. Toutefois, les installations plus importantes nécessitaient des switches Ethernet 100 Gigabit comparables à ceux utilisés dans les datacenters. Ils géraient des techniques de routage multicast de niveau 3 plus complexes, ce qui rendait l'infrastructure Ethernet plus complexe et plus coûteuse.Pour répondre à la croissance permanente des systèmes SDVoE, les switches M4500 associent la configurabilité d'un switch matriciel à la puissance et à l'évolutivité de la technologie Ethernet pour prendre en charge des centaines de terminaux AV sur IP à un prix nettement inférieur par rapport au coût des switches matriciels. Ces switches vous dispensent du routage PIM de niveau 3 et sont dotés de la technologie IGMP Plus. Ils simplifient considérablement les architectures système tout en utilisant les techniques IGMP déjà connues sur l'ensemble du réseau AV sur IP.
